Wilbur Mulder BSc., CET, CHMM, NCSO has served as President and CEO of First Elements since 2007.

With over 24 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Wilbur has been "training the trainers" in a wide range of subjects, including asbestos control, confined space management, transportation of dangerous goods and many more.

After 35 years at the Chrysler Corporation, Wilbur served as Construction Health & Safety manager for J&J Lepera, working on projects such as the Herb Gray Parkway, CYMI Canada, SICE and the Ambassador Bridge.
